Article 1 - The company
The website www.hastparis.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is published and operated by the company HAST PARIS SAS (hereinafter referred to as “HAST”), having its registered office at 20, boulevard Poissonnière – 75009 Paris, with a share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Companies Register under number 793 590 159, and whose intra-community VAT number is: FR 64 793590159.

Article 2 - General
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the commercial relations between HAST and any buyer (hereinafter the “Buyer”) of HAST branded products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) on the Website.
Validation of the order for a Product offered for sale on the Website implies express, total and unconditional acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, which is expressly acknowledged by the Buyer, who in particular waives the right to rely on any contradictory document which would be unenforceable against HAST.
The General Terms and Conditions applicable to an order are those in force on the day the order is confirmed by the Buyer.
The T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
The purchase of the Product is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age and for persons incapable of entering into a legal contract.
The Buyer guarantees the accuracy of the information he provides on the Website.
Purchases made on the Website are intended solely for the Buyer's personal use, or intended to be given as a gift, and may not be used for resale.
Article 3 - Products
The Products are all the goods offered for sale by HAST on the Website.
The Products offered for sale on the Website are valid while stocks last.
HAST makes every effort to ensure that the photographic representation of the Products on the Website is as faithful as possible to the Products themselves. However, given the digital presentation of the Products on the Internet, it is possible that the Buyer's perception of the photographic representation of the Products may not correspond exactly to the Products themselves.
The greatest diligence is exercised in the presentation of the Products on the Site in order to meet the requirements of Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code.
Article 4 - Order and payment terms
4.1 - Order
Buyers have the option to order on the Website at www.hastparis.com.
To purchase Products, the Buyer goes to the page of the Product of their choice and clicks on the “ADD TO CART” tab, then goes to the “MY CART” area and clicks on “ORDER”.
The Buyer then indicates a billing address and a delivery address.
A summary of the order appears and the Buyer can view the details of their order and its price.
Before final validation of his order, the Buyer has the possibility - at any time - to view and modify the items placed in the "MY BASKET" space by clicking on this tab.
The Buyer must then confirm their order to proceed with payment.
In order for their order to be validated, the Buyer must also read the General Terms and Conditions and tick the box "I declare that I have read and fully and unreservedly accept all of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale".
Once the order has been validated, the Buyer automatically and without delay receives an email confirming their order, including a summary of the items ordered and a copy of the General Terms and Conditions. This email confirms that HAST has received the Buyer's order, but does not constitute confirmation of the availability of the Products ordered.
The Buyer receives a second email when the items are ready to be shipped, which will be a confirmation of the availability of the items ordered.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of the Products after placing the order, the Buyer will be informed by email of partial delivery or cancellation of their order.
In the event of unavailability of the Products, the Buyer has the option of being reimbursed for the price of the unavailable Product ordered within fourteen (14) days following his request.
During the sales period, operations organized by the HAST brand cannot be combined with discount vouchers, credit notes, gift certificates and promotions.
4.2 - Payment, default of payment
The price of the Products is indicated on the Website inclusive of all taxes. The shipping costs for the Buyer's order will be indicated to the Buyer before final validation of the order. In addition, once the order has been validated, the prices and costs will remain accessible in the "Your order history" section in the "My account" area accessible on the Website.
For deliveries outside French territory, the provisions of the General Tax Code relating to VAT will apply.
Payment for the Products must be made by credit card or via Paypal, following the instructions on the payment page.
The following credit cards are currently accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payment can be made in cash or in three installments (minimum order of 150 euros) or in four installments (minimum order of 300 euros).
If payment is made in cash, the full price, including shipping costs, will be debited from the Buyer's payment card or Paypal account when the ordered products are sent.
If the buyer chooses to pay in three installments, a fee of 1.53% will be applied at the time of payment of the order (first payment).
If the buyer chooses payment in four installments, a fee of 1.73% will be applied at the time of payment of the order (first payment).
After the first payment, subsequent payments will be made by direct debit with an interval of one month between each debit.
Payment in installments is only available in France.
The Buyer guarantees that he/she is fully authorized to use the payment card or Paypal account for the payment of his/her Order and that this means of payment provides access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs of his/her order.
If the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, or if the PayPal account does not have sufficient funds, the order will not be validated and the goods will not be delivered. In this case, HAST will send an email to the Buyer to inform them of the refusal.
Payment card transactions are handled by the CREDIT MUTUEL-CIC secure payment system.
All information that Buyers communicate to HAST is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and security of each transaction.
In the event of non-compliance by the Buyer with the obligations entered into under the T&Cs, and in particular in the event of fraud or any attempted fraud, and any incident of payment of the price of the order, HAST reserves the right to refuse any order from the Buyer with whom such a dispute exists.
Article 5. Price of products
The prices of the Products are those of the tariff in effect on the day the order is validated.
The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes (including VAT at the legal rate in force).
Prices are guaranteed subject to typographical errors.
The prices of the Products indicated on the Website are exclusive of delivery costs.
Purchased products are payable in full in cash on the day the order is placed. Delivery of the Product will only take place after full payment for the product. Delivery means the transfer to the consumer of physical possession or control of the good.
Promotional codes (referral code, birthday code, etc.) and credits cannot be combined with the sales period.
Furthermore, credits and promotional codes cannot be combined with each other.
Article 6 - Delivery
6.1. Delivery methods offered
The Buyer has the choice between the following delivery methods:

6.2 - Delivery costs
6.2.1 - Free delivery costs
Shipping costs for COLISSIMO deliveries in mainland France, including Corsica, Andorra, and Monaco, are free for purchases over €200. The site offers several Colissimo services free of charge for purchases over €200, such as home delivery without a signature, delivery to a relay point, pick-up station, and post office.
6.2.2 - Paid delivery costs
Delivery costs for EXPRESS delivery with CHRONOPOST in mainland France, CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL, DHL INTERNATIONAL and DHL EXPRESS are payable.
Delivery costs are then indicated including all taxes when the order is confirmed.
These delivery charges are in addition to the indicated prices of the Products. Before the final validation of the order, the customer is informed of the total price to be paid.
Amount of delivery costs:
- 3 euros for delivery to a relay point or post office (chargeable for purchases under 200 euros).
- 5 euros for delivery without signature (payable for purchases under 200 euros).
- 7 euros by COLISSIMO SUIVI delivery against signature for purchases under 200 euros, 3 euros for purchases over 200 euros.
- 7 euros for express delivery to a relay point (to a relay point the next morning if the order is placed before 1 p.m., payable for purchases under 200 euros)
- from 12 euros for express delivery by CHRONOPOST in mainland France (delivered to your home the next morning if the order is placed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, before 12 p.m.). The price varies depending on the weight.
- from 5 euros in the European Union (payable for purchases under 200 euros) with CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL.
- from 5 CHF under 250 CHF of purchase in Switzerland (free from 250 CHF of purchase), and from £5 under £200 of purchase in the United Kingdom (free from £200 of purchase) with DHL INTERNATIONAL.
- from 9 CHF for purchases under 250 CHF in Switzerland (5 CHF for purchases over 250 CHF), from 9 £ for purchases under 200 £ in the United Kingdom (5 £ for purchases over 200 £), from 9 $ for purchases under 250 $ in the United States (free for purchases over 250 $), from 9 CAD for purchases under 350 CAD in Canada (free for purchases over 350 CAD) with DHL EXPRESS.
- from 10€ for purchases under 250€ in the rest of the world (free from 250 euros of purchase) with DHL EXPRESS.
6.3 - Packaging of the order
Orders are delivered in specific packaging to ensure their condition during transport of the Products.
All orders are delivered with a delivery note corresponding to the Products delivered.
6.4 - Address and delivery times
HAST delivers its Products to mainland France, including Corsica, to Europe, and to countries outside the European Union.
Any contribution to shipping costs is inclusive of VAT.
The Products are sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process, HAST cannot be held responsible in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address indicated by the Buyer.
In the event that the Buyer's order relates to several Products, HAST reserves the right to send them in several installments.
The Products purchased by the Buyer are generally delivered within two (2) to three (3) working days in mainland France. In all cases, the Products are delivered within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the second delivery email.
HAST undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the Buyer within the time limits specified above.
If the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days is exceeded, the Buyer may request immediate termination of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address located at 20 boulevard Poissonnière – 75009 Paris or an email to the following address: hello@hastparis.com , and obtain reimbursement of the sums paid for their order.
The sums paid by the Buyer will then be returned to him without delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
Pursuant to Article 1218 of the Civil Code, HAST cannot be held liable or considered to have committed a fault in the processing of the Buyer's file, if any delay or non-performance results from a case of force majeure as defined by the French Courts.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer is invited to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the Products delivered and to immediately report any anomalies by sending an email to hello@hastparis.com .
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal, exchange and return
7.1 - Right of withdrawal
Only products purchased on the website www.hastparis.com are subject to the right of withdrawal. If your Hast products were purchased in the store located at 47 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris, France, at 29 rue du Commerce, 75015 Paris, France, at 7 rue des Batignolles, 75017 Paris, France or at 10 rue Jean de Tournes, 69002 Lyon, France, the products must be returned to the store for exchange only.
The customer has the right to withdraw and return the Products ordered within fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the package. In the case of an order for several products delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last product. By complying with the terms and conditions set out below:
a- the products will be returned in a condition allowing their transport to the address mentioned on the return slip included in your package,
b- the products will be in their original condition, without having been damaged, stained, washed, modified or worn (except for fitting), with the original packaging and all accessories relating to the products, such as packaging, labels, as well as the original invoice. If the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the following working day.
Swimsuits should be tried on while keeping your underwear on.
Underwear (socks and briefs) cannot be exchanged if they have been opened. Only intact products, i.e., in their original condition (in their packaging and unopened), will be accepted.
For any purchase made on www.hastparis.com, withdrawal requests, regardless of the delivery method, must be sent to us via the form to download here, or by any other means of your choice explicitly expressing your wish to withdraw.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code, we will refund the price of the products in your order as well as any delivery costs at the standard rate, by crediting the payment method used for your initial order. We will make this refund as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the goods you have returned to us.
7.2 - Return procedures
You have a period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order.
Prior to returning the Products, the Buyer must notify HAST of their intention and the reasons for this return by clicking on this link: make a return
Carefully prepare your package, including your delivery slip. If you have lost it, please contact customer service.
You will then receive (on the first exchange) a prepaid postage label by email to cover the shipping costs from HAST in the event of an exchange. However, please note that this return label is only available if the buyer requests an exchange for all returned items. When returning for a refund, the amount of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
The return or exchange is at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned within fourteen (14) days in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed and carefully folded in its original packaging.
Upon receipt of the package, HAST will objectively assess the condition of the returned merchandise. No return or exchange will be accepted if the returned item(s) have been clearly used or damaged in a context other than fitting by the Buyer and such use or damage renders the Products unfit for sale. If the return or exchange is refused by HAST, the Products will be returned to the Buyer, with the Buyer responsible for the return shipping costs.

7.3 - Return costs
For the first exchange, no return costs are charged to the customer in mainland France (including Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra). Return costs are the standard delivery costs for products ordered and received by the Buyer and returned to Hast.
In case of refund, the amount of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Valid in France and the European Union : Beyond one (1) exchange, returns for exchange are accepted by HAST, but the return and resending costs of the new order are the responsibility of the customer.
Return costs include postal charges (equivalent to the current rate) and logistics costs (order preparation) equal to €2.50 including tax per package.
Return costs will be covered in the event of non-compliance or error on the part of HAST.
Article 8 - Refund, credits or exchange
If the conditions set out in Article 7 above are met, HAST will, at the customer's choice, reimburse the price of the returned products or issue a credit note (purchase voucher) for exchange, valid for 1 year on the Website.
In the event of a refund request by the Buyer, HAST will, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products, re-credit the means of payment used during the initial order corresponding to the price of the returned products.
In the event of a request for exchange in France and the European Union, HAST will issue a credit note (purchase voucher) to the Buyer, HAST will send the latter electronically, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products, this credit note is valid for one (1) year on the Website and corresponding to the price of the returned Products.
Customers who have used a promotional code and wish to exchange it will receive a credit for the net amount paid. If the discount is no longer valid or cannot be combined, the amount equivalent to the discount received on the first purchase must be paid to exchange the product ordered.
In the event that an order has been paid for with a discount voucher, the value of the discount voucher will be deducted from the amount of the refund or credit note issued by HAST in proportion to the number of Products ordered.
In the event of an exchange request by the Buyer, this request depends on the availability of products in stock.
The Buyer is informed that following an exchange, the Buyer cannot request a refund for the exchanged products but can only make a new exchange or request the issue of a new credit note.
Once an order has been paid for using a credit note, returned products will no longer be refunded by HAST. Only the exchange of returned products or the issuance of a new credit note by HAST will be authorized. The Buyer is also informed that credit notes issued by HAST are neither divisible nor refundable.
No refunds will be issued in-store. For purchases made on the website and returned directly to the store, the refund will be issued by the website's accounting department within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products.
Gift bags are not eligible for a refund.
When returning for a refund, the amount of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Article 9 - Gift cards
Gift cards purchased on the Website can be used to purchase Products on the Website but also in our stores.
In the event that the total amount of an order paid for using a gift card exceeds the amount of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by the Buyer by credit card.
Once redeemed, any unused gift card balance will be retained for future purchases and will not be returned or exchanged for cash.
The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase of a gift card on the Website within fourteen (14) days from the date of its acquisition and provided that it has not been used. HAST undertakes to reimburse the amount of the gift card to the credit card used for the purchase of the card or to the Paypal account within fourteen (14) days from the cancellation request.
In the event that a Product purchased using a gift card is returned, the refund of the amount of the Product purchased will be credited to the gift card used, in the form of a credit note.
HAST reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the purchase of gift cards as well as orders paid for using these cards, in the event of suspected fraud, for gift cards issued in error with an incorrect denomination, or for any other violation of the rules applicable to Gift Cards.
Article 10 - Loyalty Program
When you create an account on our website, you join our loyalty program. This loyalty program rewards you for your purchases and for your interactions with the brand, both online and in-store.
You can collect points in different ways:
- Purchase in store or online: €1 spent = 1 point
- Account creation: 20 points
- Birthday date entered: 50 points each year
- Subscription to our newsletter: 50 points
- Review left on Trustpilot: 10 points
- Follow our Instagram account: 10 points
- Follow our Linkedin account: 10 points
The accumulation of points relating to a purchase takes into account the amount of purchases paid by the Hast Club member, net of discounts and rebates.
Points are credited to your account after 14 days. If you make a return, your points balance will be adjusted to match the new net amount of your order's discount and rebate.
Your points are valid for 1 year from the date you last earned points.
You can check your points balance on the program's dedicated page by logging into your account.
From a certain points balance, these points can be converted into discounts valid on our website or in store:
- €10 discount for 250 points
- €20 discount for 500 points
- €40 discount for 1000 points
When you reach a threshold in terms of the number of points giving rise to a discount, you will receive an email with a discount code to use on our site on the payment page, in the space dedicated to the discount code, or in store by showing your discount code.
Discounts granted through the loyalty program cannot be combined with discount vouchers and can only be used once. Your points can be accumulated to reach a higher discount level if you wish, within the points' validity period.
In the event of a return, a discount code is only valid once and will not be reactivated upon reimbursement.
If the order is fully refunded, the points will be refunded. In case of a partial refund, no points will be refunded.
In addition to points that entitle you to discounts, the amount spent over the last 12 months at Hast also allows you to access different statuses within the Hast Club:
- Member: less than €250 spent
- Connoisseur: from €250 spent
- Ambassador: from €1,000 spent
Each status gives the right to different advantages:
- Member: 1 point for every €1 spent
- Connoisseur: 1 point for every €1 spent, use of points to get discounts, early access to new collections
- Ambassador: 1 point for every €1 spent, use of points to get discounts, early access to new collections, privileged access to our events, participation in the development of our collections

Article 11 - Personal data
HAST undertakes to respect the confidential nature of the personal data communicated by Buyers on the Website and to process them in accordance with the provisions of the "Informatique et Libertés" Law of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Personal data collected on the Website will be processed in accordance with HAST's Personal Data Management Policy .
In accordance with current regulations, the Buyer has the rights mentioned in the Policy for managing your personal data which he can exercise:

Article 12 - Liability
HAST cannot be held responsible for delays or failures to comply with the obligations provided for under the T&Cs in the event of force majeure within the meaning of the case law of the French courts.
HAST cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage relating to the use of the Internet network and the Website (interruption in service, computer viruses, external intrusions, etc.).
Article 13 - Guarantees
The Buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
If the Products delivered by HAST present a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery or a hidden defect, the Buyer is invited to contact HAST as soon as possible by sending an email to the address hello@hastparis.com .
Within the framework of these guarantees, HAST undertakes, as far as it is possible to do, to:
- either replace the Product with an identical or equivalent Product depending on available stocks,
- either to exchange the Product for a Product of equivalent price depending on available stocks,
- or to reimburse the price of the Product ordered within fourteen (14) days from the Buyer's request if replacement with an identical or equivalent Product proves impossible.
Article 14 - Intellectual property rights
All elements present on the Website www.hastparis.com and the site itself are protected by copyright, trademark law, design law and/or any other intellectual property right.
These elements belong to HAST or are used with the agreement of their owners.
The reproduction or representation of these elements, without the express prior written consent of HAST, constitutes acts of counterfeiting punishable by sanctions under the Intellectual Property Code and the Penal Code.
The Website made available to the Buyer is intended solely for the Buyer's personal, private, and non-commercial use. The content of the Website may not be used for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior, express, written consent of HAST.
Article 15 - Applicable law - Disputes
The T&Cs are governed by and subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought and preferred before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts shall have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the website www.hastparis.com and the orders placed there.
Since January 1, 2016, Articles L 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code grant you the right to use a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of the dispute between you and a professional. Before contacting the mediation service, please remember that you must have contacted our Customer Service by email at the following address: hello@hastparis.com . As long as you have not taken the step of contacting our Customer Service in advance in order to try to find an amicable solution to your dispute, the mediation service referred to in this article cannot be used.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, Hast adheres to the Association of European Mediators (AME) whose contact details are as follows: AME, located at 11, place Dauphine 75001 Paris – www.mediationconso-ame.com. After prior written action by consumers to Hast Paris, the Mediator Service may be contacted for any consumer dispute that has not been resolved. Article 16 - Modification of the general conditions of sale
The T&Cs may be subject to change or modification by HAST.
The General Terms and Conditions applicable on the date of the Buyer's order are those available on the Website on the date of validation of the order.
