IN FRANCE
Colissimo service at home without signature - Delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo Post Office service. The service is offered from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 5 euros below 200 euros of purchase. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
Colissimo service - My merchant. Delivery to Relais Pick Up or relay point in mainland France. Delivery is free from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 3 euros below 200 euros of purchase.
Colissimo service My post office - Parcel delivered the next day before 1 p.m. to the Pickup relay of your choice. You will be notified by email and SMS. Delivery is free from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 3 euros below 200 euros of purchase.
Chronopost relay point service - Parcel delivered the next day before 1 p.m. to the Pickup relay of your choice. You will be notified by email and SMS. The service is offered from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 7 euros below 200 euros of purchase.
Colissimo service at home against signature - Delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo Post Office service. The service is charged 3 euros from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 7 euros below 200 euros of purchase. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guard, etc.), your postman leaves a delivery notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation. an identity document.
From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us automatically. In this case, the next delivery costs will be your responsibility.

Chronopost Express Service - starting from €12 and weighted according to the weight of your package. Delivery takes place at home the next day before 1 PM* if the order is placed before noon, from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Your package will be handed over against a signature. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Chronopost offers alternative delivery options such as delivery on another date, delivery to a post office, a pickup point, a safe place, or to a neighbor.

Store delivery - free from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 5 euros for purchases below 200 euros. Within 2 to 3 working days.
OVERSEAS
Colissimo Overseas Service - Delivery to Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyana, Mayotte and Saint Pierre and Miquelon between 5 and 10 working days from €13.09.
Colissimo Overseas Service - Delivery in French Polynesia between 5 and 10 working days from €19.21.
IN PARIS
Delivery by 2 wheels to Paris intramural and neighboring in 3 hours.

INTERNATIONALLY
Chronopost International Service - Delivery in Europe. Delivery starts from 11.40 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after shipment. This delay varies depending on the destinations.
Free delivery from 200 euros to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland.
Colissimo International service - Delivery to the following countries: Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland from 16.52 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after shipment. This delay varies depending on the destinations.
UPS service - Delivery to the United Kingdom from 18.33 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after dispatch.
DHL International - Delivery starts from €31.17 weighted according to the weight of your package, 2 to 5 working days after shipment.

Returns
Exchange and refund - You have 14 days from delivery of the products to change your mind and return the goods to us, and receive a full refund of the purchase. For any refund request, the return costs (returning the products) will be the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of products in the context of a return.
In mainland France, for any refund request, the return costs (returning the products) are the responsibility of the customer and the credits are offered. In other countries, for all return requests (refund and credit) return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return costs correspond to the amount of the Colissimo labels provided by Hast to facilitate the return of your orders. You can consult the table at the end of the page to find out the return costs for your geographical area.
Please note that it is not possible to obtain a refund if the purchase was made in store, only exchange is possible in this case. Refunds are only possible for online purchases. Likewise, a refund is not possible after a first exchange.
Gift bags cannot be refunded.
For Hast x Septième Width shoes:
Shoes must be returned new, unworn apart from a short fitting and in their original box and packaging intact. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet to avoid any marks or scratches on the soles.
Please note that the shoe box cannot be used as a return package. Put the shoebox back in the original packaging box (or another one if you no longer have it), then send your package.
We cannot accept the return of shoes if they have been visibly damaged (marked or scratched sole, marked or stained leather & canvas, marked or stained insole) or if the shoe box is missing.

Free exchange (in mainland France) - If you change your mind within 14 (fourteen) days following your order, you can exchange your product with a credit valid for a period of 1 year*, in the form of a discount voucher for an amount equal to your initial purchase. Customers who have benefited from a promotional code and wish to subsequently exchange will benefit from a credit of the net amount paid. If the reduction is no longer valid or cannot be combined, the amount equivalent to the reduction received on the first purchase must be paid in order to exchange the product ordered.
In other countries, the return costs corresponding to the amount of the colissimo label provided will be deducted from your discount voucher. You can consult the table at the end of the page to find out the return costs for your geographical area.
Carefully prepare your package by IMPERATIVELY inserting your delivery note. If you have lost it, please contact us.
Print the prepaid return label received by email and stick it on your package. Finally, drop it off at the post office of your choice. We specify that collection from your mailbox is not available for these packages.
Once your return is received and validated, a discount voucher valid for one year will be generated for you.
It is also possible to make an exchange directly in our stores located at 47, rue d'Aboukir 75002 Paris, at 7 rue des Batignolles, 75017 Paris, at 29 rue du Commerce, 75015 Paris and at 10 rue Jean de Tournes, 69002 Lyon , even if the products were purchased online.

We cannot provide a returns label for all countries, if you do not have a returns label, register your request via the returns form and return the package at your expense to the following address:

Then send the tracking number of your package to hello@hastparis.com so that we can track and identify your return package.
For international returns, the customs fees that Hast must pay to receive your return package will be deducted from your refund or discount voucher.
* Returned products must be new, never worn (excluding short-term fittings) and in their original box, perfectly intact (packaging and accessories) and correctly closed. If you no longer have the original package, be sure to return the products in a box suitable for the number, weight and size of the returned products and resistant to transport.
Swimsuits should be tried on with your underwear on.
Underwear (socks and boxer shorts) cannot be exchanged or refunded if they have been opened. Only intact products, i.e. in their original condition (in their packaging and unopened), will be accepted.
Upon receipt of the package, Hast will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No exchange or refund will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the exchange or refund is refused, the items will then be returned to the customer. Return costs will therefore be the responsibility of the customer.
