What to do if you lose your password?

Have you lost your password? Nothing serious, click on the “my account” area accessible at the top right on all pages of the site. Then click on “forgot your password?” and enter your email address. A new password will be sent to you.

What are the store hours?

Our stores in Paris are open from Monday to Saturday without interruption from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and our store in Lyon from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. without interruption.

Is it possible to try on shirts or clothes in store?

It is possible to try on in store to determine your size with the help of our advisors. To do this, we provide fitting shirts in all sizes and cuts offered by Hast as well as, for our other clothing, fitting models in all sizes.
Having a significant number of references and variations, we cannot always have the precisely desired model tried on in store. However, once the size and cut have been determined (for shirts), you can order the shirts or clothing you want with complete peace of mind, as the models do not change from one fabric to another.

Can we have it delivered to the store?

Do you know that you will not be there on the day your package is delivered? It is possible to have it delivered directly to the store. To do this, you must change your delivery address and put the address of one of the stores: 47 rue d'Aboukir 75002 PARIS, 7 rue des Batignolles, 75017 Paris, 29 rue du Commerce, 75015 Paris or 10 rue Jean de Tournes, 69002 Lyon. It is imperative to notify in the address that your package is intended for the HAST Boutique to ensure its correct delivery.

Can we buy in store?

You can of course purchase in store while stocks last. As our stores are connected, you can order the shirt you are interested in directly on site if it is not available in store.

How to order?

To order, choose the item you are interested in, select the size (if relevant) and click 'add to cart'. Once added, simply click "order". If you do not yet have a customer account, now is the time to register, otherwise simply log in, then enter your delivery address, delivery method and proceed to payment.

What to do if the product is unavailable?

If the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, we advise you to put an alert on the size and reference that interests you by clicking on "Notify me when the product is available". You will then receive an email notification as soon as we have had a restock of this product. If you would like to know when it will be available again, do not hesitate to contact us via our customer service.

How do I know if a product is available in store? Can we get it back?

Click on the 'Find in store' button on the product sheet to see product availability in our different stores. You can then, if you have the possibility, go to one of the stores that has the product in stock.

Can we modify the order once it has been placed?

Once the order has been placed, if the product ordered was not the one desired (error in size or reference), we advise you to send an email to hello@hastparis.com or to call our customer service on 07 83 47 23 44 in order to rectify the error. However, we are unable to change your order if it has already been prepared and is ready to be sent. In this case, the Hast team advises you to generate a return as soon as you have received your package.

How do I know if the order is valid?

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchases to certify the validity of your order. You will also have tracking of your order on your HAST customer account.

How do I know if my payment has been accepted and therefore my order validated?

Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. From then on, you will be able to access your order in your customer account.

What to do if payment is refused?

If you cannot continue with your order, it may be due to your internet browser, so try changing it. If that still doesn't work, try clearing your internet history and logging back into your account. If you made an entry error during payment, you will have to wait approximately 30 minutes before you can re-validate your order. If you still have problems contact us on hello@hastparis.com or on 07 83 47 23 44 and we will do everything to help you.

What are the different ways to pay for your order?

You have several ways to pay for your order:

- pay via Paypal, you will be redirected to the site in question. If you already have an account, all you need to do is log in, otherwise you can create an account easily and for free.

- pay by credit card except American express. Payment is completely secure and is provided by the Crédit Mutuel Group. Keep your phone handy because you will receive a confirmation text to validate your payment.

- pay in three or four installments (in France only).
Payment in three installments is possible from 150 euros of order. A fee of 1.53% is applied when ordering (first payment) and subsequent payments take place by direct debit with an interval of one month between each payment.
Payment in four installments is possible from 300 euros of order. A fee of 1.73% is applied when ordering (first payment) and subsequent payments take place by direct debit with an interval of one month between each payment.

Is the payment secured ?

All payment card transactions are ensured by the CREDIT MUTUEL CIC secure payment system. All your information communicated to Hast is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and security of each transaction.

How to use your discount voucher/credit?

To use a discount voucher (Happy Birthday, sponsorship, exchanged product), you must first select the items that interest you. Once your basket is completed, click in the right column on “Do you have a promo code?” and enter the code that was given to you beforehand. The amount due will then be deducted from the amount of your reduction.

How much are the delivery costs?

IN FRANCE
If you choose to have it delivered via Colissimo, delivery costs are free from 200 euros of purchase. You can also choose to have it delivered against signature for greater security or choose to use DHL Express or Chronopost for greater speed and be delivered D+1* if you place your order before midday. Here again delivery costs are free from 200 euros of purchase. If the chosen item is available in our store, do not hesitate to choose in-store collection offered within 2 hours.

ABROAD
You have the possibility of having it delivered anywhere in the world.
Free delivery via Colissimo International from €200 to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland.
You can also have it delivered via DHL International.

What is the delivery delay ?

If you choose to have it delivered via Colissimo, you will be delivered within two to three working days. By choosing DHL Express, you are delivered the next day (working day) if you order before noon. If you choose to collect in store, and the chosen item is available in store, you can collect your order within 2 hours.
Likewise, by opting for Express delivery in Paris, you can have your order delivered in 2 hours.

Can we have it delivered wherever we want?

You can have it delivered wherever you want, to your work, to your home, to a relay point or even to a store. However, do not forget to provide all the information useful for the delivery of your order during your purchase.

I am absent during delivery, what should I do?

If you were not at home at the time of delivery, you should have a calling card from the carrier. If this is not the case, check carefully that the package has not been left with your guardian, neighbor, postman or post office. If you still don't know where your package is, you can contact us at hello@hastparis.com or 07 83 47 23 44 and we will do everything to help you. If you know you're not going to be at home, consider having it delivered to your workplace or store!

How do I track the location of my package?

Is it possible to benefit from tax relief living abroad?

If your delivery address is not in mainland France, the products purchased are automatically sold tax-free. You will then be responsible for paying them upon delivery of your package.

Is it possible to have it delivered internationally?

You can have it delivered internationally. In this case, the products sold will be tax free and you will have to pay the taxes inherent to the country where you are having them delivered.

I never received my order, what should I do?

If you have never received your order, please check that the package has not been left with your guardian, neighbor, postman or post office. If you still don't know where your package is, you can contact us at hello@hastparis.com or 07 83 47 23 44 and we will do everything to help you.

How to request a return?

Did you get the size wrong? You don't like the color? Have you changed your mind ?
You have 14 days from delivery of the products to change your mind and return the goods to us,

We only accept returns of new products, never worn (excluding fitting), never washed and previously carefully folded in their original packaging.

If you wish to make an exchange:

Carefully prepare your package by IMPERATIVELY inserting your delivery note. If you have lost it, please contact us.
Print the prepaid return label received by email and stick it on your package. Finally, drop it off at the post office of your choice.
Once your return is received and validated, a discount voucher valid for one year will be generated.

The refund will take place within 14 days once your package is received and validated. The amount of the return label (€8) will be deducted from your refund. If a credit note was used to pay for the order, then a refund is not possible.
Likewise, it is not possible to obtain a refund if the purchase was made in store , only exchange is possible in this case. Refunds are only possible for online purchases.
Reimbursement is also not possible after a first exchange. For more details on this, you can refer to our Delivery and Returns page.

Is it possible to make a return (e-shop) directly in store?

You can absolutely make a return directly to the store. We will generate a discount voucher for an exchange that can be used directly in store. For a refund, this will be made by the accounting department of the internal site, you will be credited directly to your account for the amount paid. Please note, if you purchased in store, we only do exchanges or credits.

The products received do not correspond to the products ordered, what should I do?

We double check your order before sending you the package, unfortunately errors can happen and we are sorry. If what you receive does not correspond to what you ordered, you can follow the returns procedure and send the products back to us. Upon receipt of this package, we will generate a credit note for you so that you can reorder the correct product.
