Originally, the fabric was made exclusively of wool, but today it comes in a 100% cotton version — the composition found on shirts.

To the touch, the fabric is very soft and fluffy, because it is lightly brushed to bring out the fibers of the weave. We use this technique to make our men's cotton flannel shirts. The flannel fabric does not crease easily, this is one of its many advantages. Our shirts are made of cotton so that the flannel shirt can be worn both skin to skin and over a T-shirt outside the winter season.
